Can anyone see a difference? My legs are the stubbornest hardest damn part of my body to deal with and i absolutely HATE them. This is very much so a before/DURING. I have a good 20lb left to lose!

After the gym today. 30min jog, 25 min cycle, 15 min resistance and 20 minutes circuit training!
why would anyone want a photo of me on their blog? why?! i can’t get my head around it. but it makes this all so worth while. every step of progress is PROGRESS.
After feeling so crap last night I feel a little bit better this morning.
this is over three weeks… i can see a difference from the first to last but to me the middle looks smaller than the final one…
