Not “tummy” or “stomach”. ABS. Who would have ever thought id have abs :)
my favourite thing about running outside instead of on a treadmill is that you run so far away from home and get exhausted then you’re have that ‘oh fuck’ moment when you realise you have no option but to go all the way back!

i’ve had two really good workouts this weekend. 30 minute cycle and 20 minute run yesterday then 40 minutes of circuit training with my cousin. today i had a 25 minute cycle and did 15 minutes of HIIT training then some strength training and a 15 minute Nike abs program which BURNTTTT!
tomorrow is a rest day but i might get up and go for a swim before work. going to eat clean 5 days a week and then 1200 calorie strict 2 days but with processed foods for a month and see if it breaks this plateau.
